"I ended up here on accident while on a work trip. The hotel owner was so kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me resolve my error and showed the upmost kindness. I ended up staying for one night and having breakfast the next day. Breakfast was delicious, typical offerings of cheese, meats and pastries as well as fresh eggs and coffee. "I stayed outside the season; the hotel is not luxury or extra ordinary but it is clean, the welcome very friendly and the food in the restaurant very good and cheap. Compared to what I paid, I go a lot - very much value for the money. Firenzuola is situated between Florence and Bologna in a beautiful area in the Northern Appenines full of history, which just added to a good experience."
