"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"ガリバルディのコルソ、コモから数分の場所にあって とても便利、EATALYもすぐ近くです 2つある寝室の通りに面した方は夜になっても車やバイクの音や人々の声で少し騒がしかったです。またお部屋は広いですがクローゼットとシャワールームは小さかったです。 ソファーもこの大きな部屋にあるのですが、寝室として使いましたがリビングルームとして友人とソファで寛ぐことはできませんでした。 アパートメントの庭に面した寝室は通り側のお部屋と比べると静かでウォークインクローゼットもあってとても良かったです キッチンやダイニングは調理器具などの備品も揃っていて使いやすかったです 全体的にとても清潔で外の騒音以外は快適でした。 管理者のコミュニケーションは良好でしたが、現地でも使用出来る電話回線かアプリのダウンロードが必要です。 また管理者と営業時間外にコミュニケーションをとることが出来ないため そのことを理解しておく必要があります。"

"If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is overpriced and not worth the money. From the start, the service was terrible—the manager was rude, and the host was even worse. They take forever to respond, and when they finally do, they offer no real solutions. It’s clear they don’t care about helping their guests. Definitely the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. If you have the chance to stay somewhere else, do it. Avoid this place at all costs. Don't lose your money and time"
