I'm sure the porch is a beautiful spot to sit in warmer weather. I must have missed that you need to bring your own toilet paper as there was only a half a roll that with 5 people didn't last our entire stay but other than that it was perfect. "

"Everything went good! Was a cute little trailor. I asked last minute if my inlaws could stay as wrll and that was no problem. Make sure you bring towels and garbage bags! I also found a vape pen under out bed, no biggy i picked it up and threw it out. Im just happy i didnt bring my kifs and had them accidentally find it. Other then that nice quiet neighbourhood We walked to the public beach down the rd. Not really a beach but a nice videw to have a picnic and enjoy the peaceful river."

"Location is easy to get to Charcoal corral and Perry, Castile etc. It was a bit snug w 5 people definitely would be fine for a couple w smaller children. Was well equipped w everything we needed. "

"My family with 4 kids 5-8 yrs old stayed for 2 nights. It was a cold & windy couple days so we enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna. We contacted the ranch manager & she met us @ barn so we could see the horses. She was so friendly & accommodating, definitely a highlight of our stay! The open concept in kitchen & living room along with floor to ceiling windows made for amazing views ! "
