"We were in town for a quick overnight for our daughter's horse show at Alfred State. The cabin was clean and cozy and met our needs for the night. I'm sure the porch is a beautiful spot to sit in warmer weather. I must have missed that you need to bring your own toilet paper as there was only a half a roll that with 5 people didn't last our entire stay but other than that it was perfect. "

"We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back! "

"Awesome house, only issue was cleanliness of the coffee cups. Most of them looked dirty. Other than that we would definitely rent the home again. I have family and friends who are interested in renting it in the future. Also, lots of food items opened (like sugar, spices) I wouldn't use something that is already opened."

"My family with 4 kids 5-8 yrs old stayed for 2 nights. It was a cold & windy couple days so we enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna. We contacted the ranch manager & she met us @ barn so we could see the horses. She was so friendly & accommodating, definitely a highlight of our stay! The open concept in kitchen & living room along with floor to ceiling windows made for amazing views ! "
