"We had a wonderful short stay at this beautiful cottage! The attention to detail throughout the property is excellent. The location is fantastic, especially for our dog, with the beach just a short walk away and a lovely, easy walk into Filey. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Communication with the host was excellent – Nigel was incredibly responsive and helpful. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Have lots of previous stays at the bay to compare to, and with such similarities between many of the properties it’s the small differences that stand out, here the log burner , helpful welcome pack, central location and daylight via patio doors and Juliette balcony make the difference . In the summer the small patio and bbq area will be excellent. Bay development as always suits families and couples of all ages with facilities and beautiful beach nearby "

"The owners are very friendly and helpful, and are also very nice people. Everything is spotless. Beds are very comfortable and warm. Breakfast is really excellent. Restaurant meals are also really good. The area is really quiet and peaceful. Plenty of private car parking. Will definitely stay there again. "
