"Very nice setup and location. Would normally rate this very high. However, the kitchen and bathroom floor were sticky. The kitchen cabinets and doors were sticky. Just gave you a bad feeling regarding cleanliness Also was allot of planes and helicopters from the airbase, relatively noisy. But that really can’t be solved by the hotel. "

"This is a gem in the heart of downtown San Diego. Location, location, location is key! Transportation, grocery store, restaurant, all within walking distance. The place itself is modern and the views from the living room and bedrooms are breathtaking. Building is super secure with codes to enter parking structure, elevator and front door. "I failed to read all of the instructions and had to contact the property manager who was very helpful. Everything was clean and working as it should. It was close to the beach and easy to get to."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this sweet home. The view is exactly as pictured, and we even saw whales from the patio our first evening there! The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything needed for meals, including plenty of seasonings. The location is very quiet, and the conveniences of town are very close. We hope to stay in OB again in the future!"

"A short family trip to see the ocean. Very nice place and great communication with the host. Only thing was the grill wasn’t working great but we determined it was just really dirty. Just burned it off for a good 15 minutes and then it worked fine"

"Great place to stay in Del Mar! We are in Del Mar not infrequently for soccer tournaments. Not sure how we’ve never stayed here before. A bit dated, but tons of space, friendly staff, plenty of towels, directly on the beach, easy parking, walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants, and reasonably priced considering location and size of the apartment. Will absolutely book here again. "

"We loved our stay at Villa L'Auberge. Situated just down the hill from the main hotel, the Villas are spacious, newly updated and have nice outdoor patios. We got a great value for our travel dollar here. The unit fit our family of 3 comfortably for 4 nights and was a solid choice for a centrally located basecamp.
