"Our stay was very nice and the security was great. The area was convenient as well. There are two things to keep in mind though. The first is that this hotel does not have 24 hour reception. Their hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. This wasn’t really a problem but still, something to keep in mind. Also, the WiFi (at least on the fourth floor) was a bit weak. In addition, when I booked the hotel, it said we would get a free bottle of wine per stay and we did not get it. "

"There’s no other word to describe the hotel besides “perfect” Vincent was a gracious host who took care of our whole family throughout our stay in Rome.
