"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. "Perfect location for seeing many of the sights in Rome. Metro and busses were close and easy to use. Shopping for anything is just feet away. Several markets have anything you need except coffee filters for the coffee maker. I would suggest getting a French press in lieu of the Mr Coffee. We could not find filters anywhere. Restaurants in the local area are plentiful. Gentlemen who checked us in gave great advice for out of the way places to see"

"Only had a few days in Rome with the family and we chose this wonderful penthouse apartment overlooking the Colosseum. The owners we very gracious and helpful with checkin, helping us with bags and showing us around the apartment. We hit a snag with the hot water heater but they were able to get a plumber to fix it very quickly. I would stay here again."

"Just a quick walk to the metro or to the Spanish Steps. We did the night tour with the host which was wonderful. The bedrooms were comfortable and everything was clean and easy to use. We were picked up at the train station and taken to the apartment and walked through everything. It was a great place to spend 2 weeks in Rome. "
