"Our family's stay at this hotel was very special. To begin with, I would say that the lady who served us was very kind and professional, always willing to resolve any concerns. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen has everything you need. The area is fantastic; everything is close by, and there's a train station next to the hotel. Another wonderful thing is that the Coliseum and other attractions are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. "Everything was perfect, from being able to check in a bit early after a long flight, to being able to relax before heading to our next destination. Staff went above and beyond. Front desk staff was always available to help and answer questions. One of the managers made sure to greet us to make sure everything went well. Breakfast had many options for me, someone who has many restrictions on food. Room was very clean and had lots of room for me and my son. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was great and so was the staff. The breakfast was quite good and we spent several pleasant evenings at the bar. We had a water issue in our original room and the staff was super about looking into it and moving us. Very happy stay!!"

"The hotel was near the Rome Termini train station, which we used for day trips to Tuscany and Florence. It was a 20 min walk to Tevin fountain and the Coliseum. We used the Artemis’s as a home base for 8 days. The breakfast buffet was full of eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, cappuccino, American coffee, and juices. The only concern were the bathtubs. We had to ask for a bath at for our 88 year old father. It was a struggle for him and they didn’t have anything to hold onto. "
