"The service was impeccable! Marcos went above & beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable, but that he made us feel like family (checking on our desires & anticipating our every need). He assisted with moving our bags into our room when we arrived & left. All of the staff was extremely responsive & we were happy to show off the beautiful facilities to our tour mates that we met in the Medina. "Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina, well located and walkable to all parts of the Medina. Riad is beautifully restored, and they are in the process of adding new luxury suites and a pool that will be lovely. The staff was wonderful, helpful and accommodating for anything we needed. They arranged for us a walking tour of the Medina which was so necessary for us to get a good sense of the maze-like alleys and showing us things we never would have found on our own. They also arranged for seamless pickup from the train station to the Riad. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, highly recommend! "
