I had to keep my rental car for an extra day, went to 3 hotels before I could get a place to stay. I had to stay in 3 different rooms in 2 different hotels. waisted fun time with moving and hotel change. spend on extra car rental, more expensive places, moving rooms and hotels. how unpleasant it was! got reimbursed for what I had...

"When we arrived, they said they had no free rooms but asked us to wait “a bit”. We talked to other guests who were waiting for a room too. They hadnt a room either. We wasted the whole afternoon waiting for the worker to fix the situation. He promised us that he had a solution, that he would host us in the Letchina Riad, but it wasn’t true. "Pleasant stay , breakfast is excellent! Nice room ! Location is not the best choice however it’ gives you challenges to figure out the intricate alleyways system in Fes . SMohammed is very pleasant and picked me up at the gate of Médina @ 10pm , otherwise I would have lost in the night "
