"We had the trip of a lifetime at this wonderful home. Sherri, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and organized a truffle hunt and wine tasting with her lovely local connections. She also introduced us to her favorite restaurants nearby (they were amazing) and told us where to shop. And the house itself is stunning- it should be in a movie about Tuscany. Cannot wait to go back!"

"The property owner was very responsive throughout the process, including when I needed to change my dates by one day. The home is even better than listed. The kitchen is new, but even more important is how well it is stocked. The dining abd sitting area are very comfortable. The property manager was kind enough to have shopped and left more than adequate starting groceries, including meat, cheese, milk, bread, wine, water, etc. The bedrooms are very cozy and the bathrooms are very modern. The big surprise was the beautiful yard with amazing furniture overlooking the Tuscan hills and vineyard. Mama Mia - spectacular. There was a grill and outdoor dining table as well. This made for a great place to see southern Tuscany. The Arceno vineyard also has a special for those staying on property. The one point that is crucial, is not to follow Google map directions. Get to the heart of Castelnuovo Barendenga and follow the owner’s instructions. "

"What I liked: Beautiful sorroundings, view and charming place, great food. Great spa and pool facilities. What I did not like: Within a 2 week in advance, I requested a change of my original itinerary due to safety issues in our trip, however my request was denied by the property owners, accordin to Expedia. Still when we showed up, they did not accept the requirement stating that it was Expedia the ones who actually denied the itinerary modification. This lack of fexibilit turned out to be a big disapointment for me. "

"Villa Nemora exceeded our expectations on all fronts. It was a truly amazing place and experience. Giulia and Leone are outstanding hosts. We had a party of 40 people for 4 nights to celebrate my 50th birthday and Villa Nemora made it a truly special occasion. The villas are wonderful - huge amounts of well appointed space with private bathrooms for almost every bedroom, loads of flexibility for families and friends. The AC worked well in most rooms which was crucial in the July heat. The common spaces are gorgeous and we were able to have different events/meals at different beautiful locations so everyday felt ‘new’. They helped us arrange golf and wine tasting for the group. A pizza party with a great DJ and lights. A more formal, multi-course dinner. BBQ dinner. A lovely brunch. Nice breakfast. I was expecting (hoping for) the food to be good, but it was all wonderful. The cooking class on site (for ~30 people) was so fun! We made pasta and everyone was involved. We also had a couple of unexpected medical issues that Leone and Giulia were amazing to help us with. Including arranging ambulance, liaising with the A&E at the hospital and driving 35 minutes each way just to check in and bring us a nice lunch as we were at the hospital for a while. Way over and above what was expected, and just very genuine and caring. I can’t recommend Villa Nemora enough. You can trust that Giulia and Leone will look after everything and everyone for a fabulous experience."
