"We do frequently stay at this hotel, but first time we experienced so low temperature in room. We have noticed 17°C on arrival and temperature was set on temp regulator to 26°C. Despite that temperature raised only to 18°C after whole night. This is not acceptable that temperature is not adjustable and heating is not working at all at the property. Our friends who accompany us at the trip experienced the same conditions. "
