"Wonderful experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful, Samir at the bar was our main man and his nails were fireeeee, and the room was clean and housekeeping was super friendly also. Only issue we had was valet was called and then after 20+ mins they texted saying there was no valet to get our car out - hostage situation. At that point we were already very late to our reso but talked to the guy standing near valet and they quickly got the car. Our friends were there for the reso on time so it was no biggie for us this time around. Other than that, everything was amazing .. will return. Thanks to you all!"

"From the moment we entered the cozy and inviting lobby, we knew we booked the right place. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. We had made it just in time for their complimentary social hour, which offered white and red wine plus a gin cocktail. After getting our drink, we cozied up in front of the fireplace. We did this each night of our stay and because of the lobby's layout, we met and engaged with other travelers. This was an added bonus because we met people from England and all across the US. The room was spacious with views of the city and blackout shades for sleeping. The location is a solid 10 because it is in the heart of the city with countless things to do. This will be our go-to hotel anytime we are in Philly. "
