"This is a lovely, quiet, clean cottage. You have complete privacy and the hosts are very happy to help with suggestions of activities and guides to where to find anything you need. The area is lovely. There are plenty of walks, towns, markets, and places to visit. Or you can just sit on the terrace or by the pool and take in the blue sky. I highly recommend this place for a couple."

"What should have been a perfect week, turned into a disaster with a contaminated pool, which the owner had known about but didn't warn us and a dirty house. Both issues were flagged up to both the owner and VRBO at the time, but 2 months later, we are still waiting for even a gesture of compensation. The property promised so much and could have been wonderful, but with the owner abroad, things had obviously slipped, including the gardens which were overgrown and scruffy. The area is wonderful...

"It is about 2 acres in size, with an attached 2 bedroom apartment on two stories. The landlady is very friendly and helpful. There is always something that isn’t perfect for everyone but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best experiences was the ability to take the cayak and paddle down the river for about a mile to reach the beach "
