"Reception Staff was helpful and patient whilst dealing with a number of our party at the same time. The room in the coach house was quiet and adequate, and clean, though the bed was a bit too hard to say it was comfortable for me. Dining in the on-site pub was OK, staff courteous and helpful. Coped well with a full dining room. Breakfast in the hotel had limited choices of fresh fruit and although the hot buffet was OK the eggs had continued to cook under the heat lamps."

"A super greeting and easy booking in system. A great vibe was around the hotel. In walking distance to all of Yorks attractions and nightlife. Breakfast had a great selection and variety, which ensured you were fuelled for any walking. Small gym room but held enough for a work out."
