"Good spot. Although in the listing it states that there is a hot tub.. and there is NOT… this was the primary reason we booked the spot, so that was a bit disappointing. Also there was quite a few visibly dirty items in the kitchen and bar area. Other than that the place is nice. Would definitely recommend to others."

The location was convenient and although it was fall and not swim weather the boys were able to walk to the lake and look for “treasures”. The host was very thoughtful. "

"We enjoyed our stay . The beds were comfortable. A plus is that there is coffee and a smores starter pack with firewood for the fire pit.Plenty of parking in the back yard. House was clean plenty of dishes and cups , could use some more pots and pans but we made do very well from what was there. Three bathrooms and plenty of beds. Communication was very good. The Dunkirk Pier is down the street. Not far to stores. We will return 😃"

"We arrived on Friday afternoon and the communication with the host was excellent with the directions. This place truly is a gem and the host was exceptionally kind. She took the time to greet us and was such a pleasant person. We loved the quiet and serene surrounding yet we were close enough for shopping, sight seeing and activities we had planned. "The house was perfect for my family. We were there for 10days. It was really nice to be close to the lake. It had great yard space and amenities. There were plenty of towels to be used and the best stocked kitchen with pots, pans, plates, and cooking utensils I have ever seen.
