"Hotel was very dirty, shower had a washcloth over the showerhead, had been rust stained. Found out it was there vecause of a leak. Had a window that overlooked a hallway inside, but the window would not close. Was a very bad experience!"

"Service and personnel were great. Hotel room smelled like rotten fish, the fridge had unknown liquid in it causing the odor. The front desk was made aware of the issue upon leaving, housekeeping should have noticed this. The room and hotel was clean. "

"only thing my reservation that i recieved for a room on parking level, was given to some both else and i had to stay on the second floor. i went back looked at the email i had for the room and it said parking level. the room we had was nice."

"The staff were absolutely the kindest people. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast each morning. The hotel itself was mostly clean but is starting to look a little aged. We had major rain and several leaking areas. Also were super excited to have an indoor pool available but the water was SO COLD even for my rambunctious 5 year old. 😅"
