"The staff were all friendly and helpful, very good complimentary breakfasts, nice lobby where our family hung out having fun catching up. The hotel is actually connected to Chili’s- convenient and we had a great meal. Yes, the hotel is older, spotty WiFi, tvs aren’t great, thin towels, and a few wonky cabinet drawers. But the mattresses, pillows, and linens are very nice, and the rooms are fresh and clean. For the price, this BW is a bargain and is our family’s new St. Louis hotel choice....

"There were no enough towels in the bathroom and the smell of bleach was uncomfortable, there were no extra blankets and the room was very cold when I arrived, it took me time to feel warm."

"My stay was good... the room was clean and comfortable... the staff were courteous and friendly. The only problem was pet fecies all over the grounds... however... the staff has just implemented a plan to solve the issue. I would stay here again for sure. "
