"Owner does not have good communication did not respond to my messages it took two hours to bring me the keys to enter the house as soon as I entered the house was not the same as the photos in the ad the bathroom did not work I informed the owner of this and he did not solve anything and he was even rude to say if I did not like it just cancel it at the end I paid to stay for 7 days he changed the checkout date and did not refund me the difference. It was the worst experience I could have"

"We never got the check information hope the property manager would answer at our arrival since we were coming from another state. I started to contact them since 10 am hoping to get a response and even call customer service and they tried to contact the owner multiple times and no response and after an hour he cancelled our itinerary! Hopefully Vrbo was able to refund the money and had to look at 10 pm another place to stay! Worst part we were traveling with elders and kids . Worst experience...

"This house was decently located for visiting family. It was well kept and tidy and suited our needs for traveling with a group. Plenty of space and parking, and the beds are comfortable. If you usually have a morning coffee, note that the coffee maker is a keurig so you’ll need to plan accordingly or just go to the coffee shop about a 10 minute walk away."
