"The property was updated and clean, although some areas could use a little more dusting and cleaning. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. Unfortunately when we arrived there were air fresheners in the unit which were very strong and we needed to air the unit out before we could stay in it. Thankfully our weekend was busy and we weren't there a lot. There was also an issue with the fridge freezing our food, even when turned down. The owner apologized for these issues when...

"The stay was very good check in was very good and the internet had a hard to enter password. The place was very cold with not enough sheets to keep warm. Yes there was a space heater but it didn’t go to the farther bedroom. The place had a nice fridge and freezer with plenty of space. The tv was large with many streaming services and ok to navigate. "

"Unit is clean and comfortable. Location is central to all Niagara Falls attractions while being away from tourist spots. Check in was easy. Good communication with Sophia. Unit is on the 3rd floor. Had an issue with the bathroom light bulbs - 4 of 6 bulbs were out. Sophia and I kept missing on communication to get someone out to replace the bulbs. Overall a good experience. "
