"Older hotel that is in need of updates and a good cleaning. Checked in and found glitter on the bathroom floor, it was still there when we checked out a week later. Bathtub had mold, walls under sink were caked with dirt and cobwebs and the towels were better suited for sanding instead of drying due to their roughness. The complimentary breakfast was minimal. "This hotel always provides the best service but this trip was above and beyond. Due to the snow, I arrived early and they allowed me to check in without an additional fee. The front desk staff is wonderful and always helpful. What made this trip above and beyond was during my stay I went down to the lobby to get fresh coffee.
