"Super check-in experience with Rich. Loved the renovations - everything is lovely. Particularly impressed with the breakfast room (good range of breakfast items and an open, inviting space). And the seasonal hot-chocolate "bar" in the foyer is just good fun."

"I love that the property is an easy on/off the highway, is next door to a Cracker Barrel for no additional travel to grab a bite after an 8 hour driving day! The Inn is always clean and tidy (just finished cleaning the hallway rugs) and even smells fresh. We also like the breakfast nook - nothing exceptional but perfect for a simple and quick jump start before heading out on another travel day without spending time at a sit down restaurant. I wish some attention could be addressed toward security. The back door to the facility that should require a room key to open, doesn’t even close - never mind lock and has been that way as long as we have been staying here. On this visit, the elevator was broken and because the pet friendly rooms are only on the second floor, we had to wrangle a dog up and down a flight of stairs that we (in our late 70’s) can barely navigate ourselves. Otherwise, another enjoyable stay and looking forward to our next trip through Hagerstown. "
