"We had an amazing time! We bbq’d and played in the pool and hot tub. The host told us about the local feed store, so we went into town and got some cubes for the cows. The kids had a blast feeding the cows! It was comfortable for the number of people we had and a great getaway to the country."

"Great house, as advertised. Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here and it was perfect with the bed arrangements for the big kids (teens). We appreciated the Christmas decorations and the little things like extra cozy blankets for couch use. Having spices on hand and the basic household things like kitchen soap was really nice too. Owner was quick to respond to our last minute booking too. House was close to Baylor campus and not far from other Waco touristy things. We would definitely stay here...

"We enjoyed our visit. Home is well equipped and was clean. Manager was very receptive. Has plenty of cooking equipment. Has a grill, but we didn't use it. The only issue, and it's not the owner's fault, but we brought our dogs, and the dogs across the road were running loose almost the whole time, so we had to keep our dogs on the deck whenever we were outside. Lots of loose dogs in the area made it difficult to walk the dogs as well. That said, I would recommend the property, just keep an eye...

"Booked for girls getaway for my daughters 18 bday ! We absolutely enjoyed our stay , it was very peaceful and had great amenities. The girls loved watching the projector tv while they were soaking all their worries away in the hot tub, enjoyed smores at the fire pit and had dinner on the deck .
