"Whike the bar is in a stunning position on the top floor i really think the hotel should be facilitating their guests after the bar clises,which is very early at 12 midnight..a very simple solution would be to have a large fridge either at the bar levrk or at reception. I arrived home in pouring rain amd was approximately 5 minutes past midnight amd asked for a bottle of wine and sparkling water and it was a quite rude NO That drives ne mad ,petty beurocratic behaviour. I woukd hVe paid top...

"I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Chiado Suites! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Lisbon, allowing easy access to shops and attractions. The suite was stylishly designed, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. "Best location in central Lisbon. Right next to the famous Elevator and close to all the sights and restaurants. The door is on the Main Street a bit hidden. Have to take an internal elevator up to the check in. But very convenient. Loved it. Walked all around the neighborhood. "

"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. I called down once during my visit for some more Nespresso pods and housekeeping brought them to my room within five minutes. That is the kind of service Pestaña provides. The hotel was in the BEST location. I booked this hotel not knowing any of the neighborhoods but consider my self lucky for stumbling upon this gem. There no noise concern. Lastly, the hotel was absolutely adorable. My room was decorated beautifully and spacious enough for two people. Like I said, I love this hotel! I already made another reservation with Pestaña for another stay in 2 weeks…but this time in Spain!"

"This hotel is my first one that I could not mention any thing that would make me uncomfortable or upset. It locates in the center of old city. Restaurants, shops, transportation, and the historic places are all in the walking distance. It is the first hotel that I would sing the praises to the receptionists. There are so knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive, respectful, and professional. Room was clean and warm. Breakfast was good. My stay was great."

"Our 8 night stay was excellent. The staff are uniformly friendly and professional. The small coffee/snack bar was convenient for a quick bite and there are excellent restaurants within a short walk. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed having a kitchenette with in room laundry. Would definitely stay again. "
