"This is the perfect spot! Lovely, clean, comfortable. Has everything you need. We didn't spend much time here as we were out and about exploring. The location is perfect. There is a train station at the end of the road, so easy to get into Whitby to save the hassle of parking. And a really good bus service, which we used on the way back. There are also lots of other places around the area to visit, we would definitely book again if we were back in that area. "

"The property was really clean and spacious. The facilities in the property were excellent. There were a few minor issues, extractor fan in bathroom not working, stitching on the sofa which i reported, but apart from that it was a safe, quiet area and definately worth staying in the property."

"A perfect place for a couple and one single to stay in Sandsend. Very well equipped kitchen with all you could possibly need. The property was really warm and cosy for our New Year stay and the check in process using the key code on the safe box was so easy. You enter through a communal door - don't be put off by the entrance hall which could do with a bit of TLC to bring it up to the standard of the Beachside apartment - guess that is out of the jurisdiction of the owners of the individual...

"Stunning apartment with high quality finish throughout. Immaculately clean, spacious and very well equipped. Large comfy beds gave really good nights sleep. Covered balcony was an ideal space to sit for morning cuppa and evening drinks looking across to the Abbey and listening to the sounds of the sea. Free private parking was a real bonus. "We had an amazing week at Misty Cottage over the Christmas week. The cottage was fully equipped and gave 3 generations the space that was needed. The bedroom off the kitchen was perfect for nanny who often wakes early and needs a cuppa and the double and twin rooms on the top floor felt like a little private flat.
