"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. Staff were friendly enough when we passed but didnt...

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with an incredible view of the Mediterranean that we enjoyed from the balcony each morning. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and made us feel right at home. The local tips and the guest book were a great touch and helped us explore Nice and nearby towns easily.
