The only negative is you have to drag your bags up a flight of stairs to get to the lifts and the reception is on the top floor. "The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "I can't believe I found this property and last minute at that. It is located literally in the center of everything yet you can sleep to peace and quiet every night. It is very clean, AC works perfectly, and it's easy to get everywhere. I wish I could rate it even higher. Highly recommended if you're ever in Nice. You don't need to even use the bus anywhere, everything is near by."
