"The apartment is fair. But it is not Air Conditioned as the description says. Do not rent this in summer when Nice can be super hot. There is a small portable AC in the living room and none in the bedroom. The portable AC is puny and barely cools the room. It is on the 4th floor of an apartment and gets really hot in summer. Without AC, very hard to sleep at night. I noted Weather app temperatures in the 90s (F) during our stay. The property managers are fully aware of this false...
