"On our getaway to Banff, my husband and I stayed at Otter Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed. The décor was exquisite, tastefully designed, and cohesive throughout the property. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking mountain views. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor sauna and heated pools, both facing the mountains, an incredible way to relax and take in the scenery. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, complimentary local transit passes and a $25 restaurant credit, which added excellent value to our experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Banff, and yes, we will definitely be back!"

"We went to Banff to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the hotel was nothing less than excellent. From the valet staff, bell staff, front desk staff, house keeping staff, everyone was so prompt and tentative, the best way to describe it was “top tier” but the best part was the VIP concierge team. They were all next level and on their game. From making reservations at the hotel restaurants and spa to scheduling baggage pickup and just being friendly, it made the trip that much better. our room was even upgraded to a suite prior to arrival and it was incredible. The spa was excellent and relaxing and the views were beautiful. Staff at the restaurants were tentative and made us feel special. Overall, the staff made our trip even more memorable. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to the area."

I will only comment on the breakfast area for which there seemed to be very limited seats & some guests aren’t that considerate that even though they are done and just chatting over coffee, they prefer to hang out despite seeing other guests standing & waiting for tables.
