"This property is amazing! Very clean, well decorated, cozy and new. We were amazed at the attention to details. Everything was well thought out, down to chip clips in the kitchen drawer. We have stayed at many VRBO's, this one was the best. The pots, pans, plates silverware and everything else in the kitchen was of good quality and everything was included. We really felt like we were home, not in a rental. Well done! "

"From check in to check out was amazing! House was perfect for the 5 girls. Spacious! Propane Fireplace was a nice perk to have. Kitchen was stocked, enough linens, clean, location was perfect. Short run to 3rd beach. Drove to Newport short drive. Owner was easy going and easy to work with. I would definitely rent again. Happy and please with our choice of homes to rent for this wk detail wkend!"

"My family and friends stayed for two nights. The house was super clean, well appointed, close to the main strip, and communicating with the property manager was super easy. The street was quiet and being able to have your doggo with you made this spot pretty perfect. Would love to visit again!"

"We had a great stay. The house in beautiful and very clean. Beds are all comfy and bedding top notch! Owners were very pleasant to text with and responsive. The location is great. Only issue may be with some who go to bed early as the bar next door is a little noisy up until midnight. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!"

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host."
