"This b&b was lovely. The staff was so welcoming and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and they had a drink station set up and fully stocked for use all day along with some games and books you could borrow. There were a few eating options within a block or so and several sites and different neighborhoods were within walking distance. We only stayed one night, but I wish we had stayed longer. "

Upon our arrival my wife and I were greeted by the property owners who showed us to our room and explained the amenities. Our room was on the first floor. It was clean spacious and cozy. "Location is great and the room was very pretty. Bathroom was nicely updated with a huge rain shower head. We stayed in 121, our friends were in 119 which had a beautiful king sized canopy bed and nice sitting area. Breakfast was just ok...we'd probably enjoy the cafe downstairs instead if we visited again. Our room had a weird musky mens cologne smell and the wall unit didnt seem to work. We set it at 63 and it was pretty warm in the room."

"This was the most beautiful bed-and-breakfast I’ve ever been to. I had a standalone cottage and the room was super cozy clean and accessible. I would definitely recommend it. Breakfast Was offered on the daily basis and it was so convenient to fill out the form the night before. "It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"Our stay in Newport was very comfortable in the three bedroom, two bath space. The kitchen and living room were just as pictured and in great shape. Parking across the street was a great bonus. The third bedroom (downstairs) was very spacious, but a bit drafty since it opened to an unheated storage area and outside. The second bath shower was tiny for my 6'3" frame. Great restaurants, and coffee shops close by. Chris is a wonderful host."
