"I just wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for such a wonderful and welcoming stay. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness and charm of the home. "We went for 1 night, a group of seven women. The beds are mostly doubles so one of us had to sleep on the pull-out couch, but it was comfortable. Middletown is quiet and gorgeous and we especially enjoyed the proximity to Newport. We had some small issues but they were resolved. Overall a very nice experience."

"Pulling into the driveway of this home, you feel like you are in Watch Hill. The stone walls, perfectly maintained landscaping, outdoor fire pit and porch exude luxury resort. The well appointed kitchen, large dining table and seating areas provide ample space to relax and enjoy meals. So happy to have found a wonderful place close to the beach and everything you need."

"You can definitely invite your whole extended family here! Comes with a plethora of beds, tons of places to chillax. Extra rooms and outdoor space give you the ability to get away and have some peace, quiet and alone time. Kitchen has the basics. Large kitchen, easy to cook in with more than one person. "perfect place to relax off-season."

"This was a great rental for our stay in Newport! Although it might look far from downtown Newport, it was less than a 10 minute drive to the city center. Having a lockbox for the key was great when staying with a couple friends we could leave the key for each other. I would recommend adding a full length mirror to the property if possible, we would’ve liked to have one while getting ready for a friend’s wedding."

"This house was perfect in every way. They really did think of everything and went out of their way to make sure our stay was fantastic. Communication was great from the beginning and nothing was over looked. The house was spotless, comfy and had more amenities than what is even listed.
