"We wanted to explore Devon and would have preferred a quiet country location to do so. However none were available for our dates so we took the plunge on a city centre base. "The one bed room apartment i stayed in is very clean and tidy. The bed is very confortable; i had good night sleep in here. On the down side, i had to chase the email for checkin procedures. The phone number provided in the email confirmation is wrong. I tried to call , it goes to “the number you have called doesn’t exist “ I contacted expedia (booking agent) and they provided me with a email address of the property management. "This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "
