"Our stay at Rosemary Cottage Annex was very comfortable. The bed was so nice, and the cottage was spotless. Beware the cottage is down a steep lane, but once there the view is well worth it. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and coffee and tea available, amenities we have had at every other accommodation we stayed at during our tour of the U.K. "

The owners have gone to a lot of trouble furnishing the cottage to the highest of standards.... every comfort has been thought of and levels of cleanliness are high. It doesn't matter what type of weather is going on outside, the cottage is still lovely and warm. We will definitely be back. "

"The house was lovely and clean but in need of a freshen up. With 6 adults there was not enough comfy chairs available - one armchair and a 3 seater sofa. Also if you have more than one car and they are both SUVs they will not fit on the drive due to a narrow entrance. However, saying that the location was ideal for walks around Babbacombe and St Mary Church."

"We stayed in this delightful cottage for three night. The whole house was kitted out with everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen though we are out mostly. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space to store our clothes with plenty of hangers. The shower was easy to use and there was plenty of hot water. Close to all amenities and transport links - buses, trains and tour boats."

Good location, 5 minute walk to the beach (maybe 10 minutes in the heat of this summer and those never ending stairs)!
