"So staff was friendly, says queen size bed but was more of a full size, stayed 4 days at a time because extended stay itself doesnt accept the gift cards i had, so instead of paying for 2 weeks, only got 8 days. Noone came to take trash or replace towels, quiet for the most part, breakfast options wasn't what i expected but still have some food and drink options. I'd stay again because this is the cheapest price i have found for someone in my situation. And pet friendly is a great extension...

"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "
