The staff could've been a bit kinder too, but overall the hotel was very nice, and the location was great. Close to everything but off the beaten path. I would stay here again. "

"We had a great stay in Ghent!! The studio was roomy with comfortable furnishings. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing I’d say that was odd, is there is a fine if you don’t wash your dishes. Isn’t that part of cleaning the room? We’ve never seen that before."
