"Customer service is 10/10. The lobby smelled SO GOOD, and the gentleman who checked me in was very polite. The room smelled not so great but it wasn’t unbearable. The room was cleaned well despite the smell and the bed was surprisingly very comfortable. I love the layout. The only issue is we saw one adult roach and one baby roach. That was very VERY disappointing, but I didn’t make a big deal because service was great and the room was so nicely and comfortable. A couple times there was ghetto...
