"Beautiful place, and the decor was very inviting. Check in/ check out was easy and required no interaction outside of texts. As this building is old expect plenty of gaps in the doors and paper thin walls. I would definitely stay here again, however, I would likely avoid the hideaway on the first floor when staying here again. The room was beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately this room opens out into the dining area which in the mornings can cause a lot of noise from other guests/owners...

"The pictures are sincere. You get what you see. It was much more private, relaxing, spacious, and cheaper than staying in a hotel. Thankful to have found it. "

"Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show. "

"We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"Extended weekend get away for anniversary. Place was nice for two. Easy to get to places around the area. Went to some nice places to eat and made a local wine tour. Screened in porch is where you’ll spend most of your time on good wether days. "

"This is a quiet neighborhood property and coincidentally was within 2 blocks of my son's house. Very clean and comfortable, although the bed is very soft. I will stay here again when I go to Dallas to visit family."

"The house was in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We went during New Years so that night was a little noisy obviously but there was a great fireworks show at the stadium so that was cool. This place is great for a small family."
