"We loved our Treetop stay! The location is perfect! (Check out Montgomery Cafe & Ft. Worth Coffee!) It’s close to everything and the neighborhood is cute, quaint and quiet. We had a tiny parking issue when we arrived and the hosts were incredibly quick to fix it, even as it was 8:30 pm. The bed & the couches were all comfortable and we had everything we needed. We hope to stay here again!"

"Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show. "

"It’s just a few minutes from downtown and close to many great restaurants. The house is privately secluded behind the main house. It was perfect for me as a short term residence for business trip. "

"Had a great time and so close to the Bishops Art District, Downtown, short drive to Plano, etc. So much to do and the place was great for my stay. Had everything I needed and even a place to set up my computers for a little work. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Winter storm came through and iced the roads so we were unable to make it to our scheduled stay. The host was extremely gracious and granted us a full refund. We hope to actually make it up there sometime soon and will absolutely be staying at one of your properties!! Thank you!!"

"Nothing but good things. You want for nothing. Very well stocked with everything you need. The decor is well above most high end rentals. The location is in perfect setting and close to everything. Highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates a really nice place to stay."

"We were local folks looking for a little break. The place is small (as advertised) - two bedrooms, one bathroom a mini fridge/microwave - no formal kitchen. Unfortunately, we got in, walked around and were hit by a really strong smell of cigarette odor. We've got some family allergies and chose not to stay."

"This is a quiet neighborhood property and coincidentally was within 2 blocks of my son's house. Very clean and comfortable, although the bed is very soft. I will stay here again when I go to Dallas to visit family."

"The house was in a pretty quiet neighborhood. We went during New Years so that night was a little noisy obviously but there was a great fireworks show at the stadium so that was cool. This place is great for a small family."
