"Great property for a stay near TCU. Very comfortable, owners very responsive and wanted to make sure everything was great. Would definitely stay again but it is important to know that this is a guest house over the garage. Full use of backyard area while there and that space is as amazing as the pics show. "

"We were in town for the FWSSR livestock competitions and this was an excellent place to stay after being in the cold barns all day! The location was easy to get to and there were so many restaurants nearby. Everything was clean and well thought-out. We hope to stay again next year!"

"It’s just a few minutes from downtown and close to many great restaurants. The house is privately secluded behind the main house. It was perfect for me as a short term residence for business trip. "

"Nothing but good things. You want for nothing. Very well stocked with everything you need. The decor is well above most high end rentals. The location is in perfect setting and close to everything. Highly recommend this to anyone who appreciates a really nice place to stay."

"We had a pleasant stay at this VRBO! The place was clean, although there was a bit of a smell when we first arrived. We opened the doors and windows, and it aired out fine. It was January, so we didn’t use the pool since it was covered, but it looked like a nice feature for warmer months. The place is definitely nothing fancy, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. "A great location for the Dallas Cowboys vs Detroit Lions match up. We came, we saw and we kicked butt! The house was nicely equipped for the group that traveled in from MI, LA and FL though all native Michiganders. Beds were very comfortable! Showers great! Grocery store right across the street! Breakfast restaurant and donut shop a few blocks away. Located close to AT&T stadium and Texas Live. Quick uber ride to the airport. Would stay again!"
