"We stayed in a standard room (clean room with big windows). Breakfast is ok (with a great city view). Very good location next to two metro stations (Parque and Picoas) with good restaurants nearby. The area is quiet (at least in March). One downside to our room was the front door: if someone was talking in the hallway, it sounded like they were in our room. Overall, the hotel is good for the money."

"Lovely hotel BUT the dishes in the kitchenette hadn't been washed properly before our arrival, even though they were loaded in the cupboards. Also, would have appreciated a kettle along with the coffeemaker. Other than that, the bed was very comfy, great shower, liked that the windows opened for fresh area."

"The property is showing its age a bit. This was our third or 4th stay and this one was not the best. The room needs some attention, especially the old beat up mattress. A coffee maker in the room would be great as well! The breakfast buffet is outstanding! Good service and good food."
