"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"It’s good value for money but there were couple issues during our stay. 1) it says city tax is payable at the property and Expedia asks not to pay anything anyway else but on the website. The property wanted me to pay the tax online beforehand or they wouldn’t let us in. So I was forced to pay online and next day someone came to ask for cash to pay for the tax. I sent them confirmation that I’ve sent the money and they asked to send it again. 2) because there’s common areas they didn’t know what...
