"Great hotel. The rooms and public areas were very clean. It was at a perfect location to explore all of the main sights of Cascais. Loved people watching from the balcony overlooking the beach. The breakfast each morning was very filling and a great variety. Eggs, pastries, cereals, breads, fruit and more. "

It's a 15 minute walk to the centre of Cascais, not too far and ensures a peaceful setting. On-street parking that requires purchase of permit, needing change to feed meter (80 cents/hour, between 0900-2000, IIRC)."

"There was an initial problem with hotel staff not finding our reservation; but this was resolved via chat contact with Expedia in 15 minutes. Extra large ("super king"?) comfortable bed. Shower controls were a little tricky, switching from bath to hand shower to rain shower mode; but solved after the first use. Balcony with good water view. Desk people very friendly; housekeeping timely and thorough. Outdoor pool not open, but this was expected as it was pre-season."
