"Nice spot on the beach for our family of 6. Gated security was excellent, property was in good condition for a beachfront location with some years on it. Not the property owner’s fault at all, but it is next to a construction site that begins work at 6am - not ideal for kids that need to sleep. Overall, 4/5."

"This unit is complete undersold by VRBO.Usually when you arrive to a rental you find the pictures are nowhere near what the unit looks like. This was the exact opposite here. The rooms are all massive and immaculately clean. The porch is stunning with beautiful views. The pool is also quite large and not overcrowded. There is minimal wear and tear to this unit and comfortable sleeps a family of 6. "

"Don’t do it. This property is managed by Vacasa they are the worst. We got there and security didn’t have our reservation and had to call to get it. We get our bags up to the 4th floor to find the door codes don’t work at all. We call customer support on the phone forever. He can’t fix it has to call a local company to come out. "This place was beyond beautiful and the balcony is very private. Great beach right in front and walkable to good restaurants. We even saw turtle tracks in the sand in front of the condo and had the most amazing sunsets! Comfortable beds and nice showers. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay there overall. Unfortunately there was an issue with our toilet that was leaking waste water on the floor. I was in contact with management but unfortunately it wasn't fixed during the 4 days we were there. Except for this little issue, we had a good time in quepos, the apartment was clean and beautiful. One recommandation for the owner would be to provide better cooking pans and knives. We couldn't find one knife that was sharp enough."

"The condo is in a nice building but Vacasa did not fix issue we had with no internet and no TV despite my emails, texts and phone call to property manager (number was not active that i had been given). This condo is built for tall people. The bottom cabinet is over 5 feet high so i couldnt reach the dishes and no step stool to be found. Microwave is too high up also. No vent on the dryer so room turned into a sauna when drying clothes. Toilet in master bathroom was broken so had to keep fixing...

"The condo itself is nice and was clean. Balcony offers a fantastic view of the pool. not as close to the beach as anticipated. Walking distance into town. Big problems with check-in and security not having our information. Additionally, although the pool was beautiful, the rules are ridiculous. No food or drink, no music, no cell phones. I go to this area a lot and have never seen this. Also lots of dogs and barking, despite the strict pool rules. All in all, nice condo, but better options...
