"Everything was great."

"The beds are absolutely awful. The master bedroom mattress was like 20 years old and had no structure left. The bunk bed was very unstable/shaky, so we could not use the top bunk and the person in the middle bunk couldn't move without waking up the person on the bottom bunk; and it also had uncomfortable mattresses. The location is great. Next time I'll stay in another chalet. On the surface it was clean, but it needs a deep clean under furniture, etc. It also needs a few more kitchen...

"Well equipped kitchen, comfy couches, and easy access to all things Government Camp and Mt. Hood. The murphy bed was a treat and we pulled the single bed into one bedroom so kids could share a room together. The loft bedroom has a surprise bathroom (!!). Beds were all very very comfortable."

"Charming condo in a wonderful neighborhood.My only critical feedback is around a notice after booking received just prior to the stay stating that pets must not bark if left alone. This should be clear in the initial listing for customers to consider before they book.We ended up not being able to go anywhere without our dog with us due to this policy and the uncertainty whether they would bark or not, which is not in our control.Otherwise, everything about our stay was wonderful."

"This place is great for anyone who wants to visit the mountains, but aren’t super comfortable driving through the snow. The roads were cleared regularly and everything was in walking distance. "

"The condo was very nice and clean. It was very convenient to have a few food items, such as vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. It was also super nice that we got to check in early. The furnishings were very nice and updated. The queen bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. My adult children said the twin beds were uncomfortable. The biggest downside was the neighbor sharing a wall, played the music so loud the bass was reverberating. If that was also a guest, then it can’t be helped."

"This was a family/friends ski trip, celebrating a birthday, and this condo was perfect! We were all very comfortable and enjoyed the decor and layout. It would be a pleasure to stay here again! Thank you!!!!"

"Overall it was a nice property. Twice we got locked out of the property because of a faulty e-lock. This was moderately annoying and an inconvenience coming home late with two extremely tired children and no way into the house Otherwise it was fine. Thanks"

"Be aware the floors are not soundproof whatsoever. We were kept awake both nights by guests above us. Sad that for a luxury condo they skimped on sound proofing. To their credit the vacasa after hours text number was responsive & polite. They eventually were able to get in touch with our loud upstairs and ask them to stop running and jumping (after midnight). However the following night the neighbors woke us up around midnight again. Awful sleep needless to say. The heated garage and condo are...
