"The check in process was very taxing - with them wanting a copy of every document in the book. It took more than 40 minutes to register. Perhaps they could streamline the process a little better. I have stayed there many times in the past but have found that though the costs have gone up the service has not. Sad that I will have to look around for other accommodations."

"It's very noisy and rooms were shaking on the lower floors with DJ blasting from the 2nd floor inside the hotel on Thursdays, Fridays and Weekends. DJ must not play inside a hotel like this - wrong place to have DJ. Poor buffet management with overcrowding at times around the food area. Poor layout of the dining area - overcrowding at times. "
