"We picked this hotel because of their excellent Travel Desk services. From the very first Manjusha was very responsive and helped us with our travel bookings. We made a last minute decision to go to Kochi and were looking for someone local to help with travel arrangements. Manjusha helped with picking out trip ideas for us as well as arranging a car and driver. Everything was reasonably priced and well coordinated. The hotel itself was good with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet which was included was very good. I’d recommend this place especially their concierge services."

"Excellent property in a great location. 10mins by auto to water taxi, 25mins in Uber to fort kochi or travel via water taxi! Great staff, big rooms with lots of space for movement. Excellent spread at breakfast and great in room service. We also used the bar in the lobby which was vibrant and bustling every night. The cafe is also great for coffe/tea and quick bites to eat as well as amazing range of cakes/pastries for a sweet treat. Can’t fault this hotel and we have travelled extensively across Asia. "

"The front desk and staff were excellent. The room did not have fresh linen when we checked it, and the bedding had stains and was not fresh. The front desk was courteous and changed the bedding with fresh linen on our request. The restaurant is nice, the location is convenient, and overall the property and staff are very good. "
