"The check in process was very taxing - with them wanting a copy of every document in the book. It took more than 40 minutes to register. Perhaps they could streamline the process a little better. I have stayed there many times in the past but have found that though the costs have gone up the service has not. Sad that I will have to look around for other accommodations."

"My room did have a balcony, but the doors had to be kept closed to keep the heat out and also because of mosquitos. The hotel has a beautifully tiled foyer - it must have been renovated since the image in the listing was taken. The public spaces were nice, but my room was a bit 'institutional' with very few 'comforts' and terrible lighting. "
