"Staff and service was great and helpful with any questions i had. It was an awesome surprise to find out that this place is more than just a hotel. Loved the artwork throughout the first two floors. Such a great experience. Rooms were spacious, well cleaned, up to date, with good fluffy towels. Overall great hotel in the heart of downtown within walking distance from restaurants. Only drawback was parking. $40 per day valet parking. Valet was efficient. "

"There was a high school prom on the night we checked in but there was no issue. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast room service was inexpensive and very good. "

"They went above and beyond to help my toddler with a snack which they didn’t have to do but did! They also have an amazing breakfast it’s the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel it’s amazing really we were impressed!"

"Great staff and service. Especially at Fiona’s. Because it is close to a large medical center it is very noisy with sirens. It is walkable to the zoo but not much else."
