The communication with the manager was awful and took me all night to figure out why the heat didn't work, turns out it was because the boiler was out and took 3 days for it to be fixed. It was 50° at night in September when I arrived. The house was also very dirty all the appliances did not work very well or were extremely noisy. There was not any recessed lighting in the ceiling so...

"The apartment on Pearl Street was perfect for my stay in Boulder. The location is incredible. It is walkable to shops and restaurants on Pearl Street and very close to trail access at People's Crossing. The apartment had everything needed for a great multi-night stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the necessities (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) plus a good size fridge/freezer. There is even a washing machine if you were to need it for a longer stay. "I stayed at the property for 1.5 days (2 nights). The property is quiet and well kept. Everything matches the pictures. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect. You are only a few minutes from downtown, making trips short and Uber rides cheap."
